Do drivers need to install an app?
Yes, the CarFai app on iOS or Android. Drivers join your organization by invitation and only see the vehicles assigned to them.
What happens when a driver leaves?
Nothing is lost. Vehicles belong to the organization, so their full history stays. You reassign the vehicle to another driver.
Can my accountant access the data?
Yes. The Viewer role gives read-only access, and every report exports to PDF or CSV.
Does CarFai replace our GPS or telematics?
No. CarFai covers costs, documents and maintenance. It works alongside GPS tracking, not instead of it.
How many vehicles can we manage?
